Hi there! I'm Margaret.

I help women of all ages get strong, have less pain, & gain confidence in their abilities while building energy & enthusiasm for the active, full lives they desire.


I've been a personal trainer for nearly 10 years working in-person & online with all types of people of different ability levels. 


I've always gravitated toward holistic health that integrates body & mind, as well as areas that feel underserved or lacking in the fitness industry.


Just like my interest in serving pregnant & postpartum women evolved from a need I witnessed & experienced personally, 


Women's health as they age & move through or beyond menopause is an area I saw my clients struggling to find high-quality information & support.



My care & concern for my peri & post-menopausal clients lead me to delve into midlife & menopause health coaching


 to help bridge this gap with evidence-based tools for building strength, resilience & a sense of "freedom" in our bodies as we age.



I value a balanced, sustainable & individualized approach to fitness that actually feels good for you in your body.
